2. What is your favorite handmade gift you have received?

• One of my friends made me hand-stamped stationary one year. So thoughtful and so useful!

3. What handmade gift have you always wanted to tackle?

• I would love to learn to knit! I love scarves and hats and would love to knit some for family and friends.

4. What was the best Christmas gift you received as a child?

• When I was about ten years old, all I wanted was a hot pink beanbag chair. I got my Christmas wish and I was SO excited! But my dad sat it in all Christmas morning:) lol! Daddy’s loving teasing their little ones, don’t they!

5. What items are on your kid’s wish list this year?

• Anything dinosaurs
• Anything Cars
• Anything Wall-E
• Anything Toy Story
• Any commercial that comes on the television that has a toy on it!

6. What is your favorite holiday food?

• I love, love, love Panera’s holiday bread. I saw it in Panera this weekend and I was so happy. It is soooo good! I also love mulled cider, turkey, home made mashed potatoes…I love food.

7. What will you be hand-crafting for the holidays?

• I am making a cook book for my mom and sisters that has all of my grandmother’s favorite recipes and pictures of her and all of us. I’m so excited to see their faces on Christmas day!

8. What is your favorite holiday movie?

• I have two: Nester the Long Eared Christmas Donkey and The Polar Express

9. Favorite holiday song?

• “O Holy Night”

10. Favorite holiday pastime?

• Decorating the tree with the family. This year we are buying a small 3 or 4 foot tree for the children to decorate all by themselves. I can’t wait to surprise them with their very own Christmas tree!
