Add an "Add This" Button to Your Blog

Do you want more exposure for your blog and not sure where to start? One super easy thing to do is create and add an “Add This” button to your blog. In four simple steps you can have a small button appear on your blog that allows your readers to subscribe using any feedreader, bookmark it through a bookmarking managing service or share on other social sites. Another thing that I like about adding this button is that it allows analytics to track the performance of your button.

So here is how you do it: Go to the Add This site and pick what service you want to add your button to (Blogger, WordPress, etc.). Next you need to pick the design of your button. If you want to track the performance of your button, you will need to register with “Add This.” I chose to register and all I needed to do was pick a user name, password and enter my email address. Now I should receive a weekly analytic overview report of my blog:)

After you pick the design of your button, then you will be given detailed instructions on how to install the button to your site! Now when people visit your site, they can click on your add this button and will have the option of over fifty ways to share and bookmark your site!
